If so this could be the position for you. We are recruiting a Regional Visual Manager for our APAC Region team based in Singapore. As a Regional Visual Manager, you are responsible for driving the region's visual standards to maximise selling potentials, maintaining brand integrity and creating a unique experience with local customers with global strategy in mind. In this role, you lead the Regional and Area Visuals towards the set goals. What you will do;

• Set the regional visual direction and drive the visual roadmap for APAC, providing market specific strategies to guarantee a future fit store experience
• Lead the regional visual team in providing collection guidelines, commercial direction and market specific events & collaborations to drive visitors, selling and an inspirational store experience
• Secures store experience alignment with online and social content and coordinates with stakeholders to meet individual APAC market needs
• Conducts research on current & future APAC store experience trends and relevant competitors
• In collaboration with the Regional Merchandising Manager, analyses regional and market specific collection and presentation, sets KPI’s, collects feedback and reacts accordingly
• Responsible for overseeing regional visual budget and the purchase and maintenance of all display materials
• Lead, train and develop a team of high performing area VM’s and a regional visual team – including recruitment, regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate and organize workshops and trainings to develop the area visuals and European visual team to drive visual standards and in store experience.

What we look for;

• A number of years prior visual merchandising experience in fashion retail at a senior level, in a multinational companies
• Must have experience working as a manager with staff responsibility or leading a team
• Ability to provide leadership, motivate and develop a team through our shared values
• Excellent knowledge and awareness of Asian markets including retail trends, ecommerce, climate, news and innovations
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work cross functionally with a multi-cultural & geographically diverse organisation
• Can work in & bring structure to ambiguous environments, comfortable with managing change
