to join our team for an upcoming office redevelopment project. The scope includes lift replacement and office renovation works, carried out under two overlapping contracts over a 8-months period.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulations.
Supervise daily construction activities and monitor quality of works.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation.
Enforce workplace safety and environmental standards.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Civil and Structural (C&S) Engineering
Must be a Registered Technical Officer (valid RTO certificate from IES Singapore?
Minimum 3 years' relevant site supervision experience in Singapore.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple trades on site.
