- Act as a key point of liaison between the business and the regulators (MAS)
- Provide regulatory compliance advise to the business in relation to the Banking act and Payments Services act specifically
- Advise the business of changes required in order to comply with applicable laws and upcoming regulations
- Prior experience in a banking environment with a focus on SME and corporate lending a huge advantage
- Understanding and experience of dealing with the regulators on specially, the Banking act and Payments Services act
- Experience of dealing with and advising on regulatory audits and examinations
