Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
To provide high standard of rehabilitative care to optimise patient's recovery. Your duties include but not limiting to:
- Work closely with therapists to identify suitable patients, and develop treatment plan.
- Perform basic pre-session subjective and objective assessment to ensure patient is safe and suitable for the planned rehabilitation session.
- Independently adminster assessment and / or intervention as planned.
- Document patient care according to department and hospital docmentation standards.
- Set up and operate rehabilitative equipment safely and competently.
- Conduct group therapy sessions as planned.
- Assist in data collection and analysis as required.
- Adhere to hospital standards of infection control.
- Minimum Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- Rehabilitation experience would be an advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal and patient handling skills preferred.
- Office hours including Saturday duties.
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations.
