Prepare placement slips & endorsements and placing process, and to work on allocated tasks and projects as directed in order to facilitate the business operations.
Prepare recommendation report of facultative business to reinsurers (making slip and underwriting information, active negotiation and communication with cedents and reinsurers)
Arrange reinsurance business to reinsurers.
Handling queries from the cedents and reinsurers
Support the input of entries into the reinsurance system and to ensure accuracy
Preparation and analysis of Treaty data & underwriting information for the production of contractual documents- including but not limited to slips, cover notes, wordings, endorsements, addendum, presentations; signing of contractual documents.
Preparation and technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of Treaty business
Preparation of summary term sheets, Treaty programme structure charts
Maintenance of placement correspondence/ documents
At least 1 years of broking experience in a Reinsurance Broking firm.
