Our Client:

Our client is a general reinsurance broker since 2009. They cover many business sectors from across the world while concentrating more on challenges in the Asia-Pacific region, which their immediate neighbourhood. Currently, they are looking to hire a CEO to oversee all strategic and business aspects of the Company in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• Will be a key member of the senior management team, and must contribute towards the business through growing profitability, expanding market share, and diversifying revenue streams
• Responsible for leading and delivering targeted results as well as hold P&L responsibilities
• Responsible for the profit of the company
• Business Development and Marketing
• Managing and Assist in Operation
• Review of broking document
• Managing staff of the company
• Involve in broking works (assigned from time to time), solve escalation of issues

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Insurance qualifications, i.e. ACII, ANZIIF or equivalent will be a PLUS
• More than 10 years' experience in Direct Insurance and Reinsurance Broking
• Seasoned and mature individual with ability to interface and engage internal and external stakeholders
• Familiar with insurance/ reinsurance broking platforms
• Excellent local and regional contacts with insurance and reinsurance companies
• Proven experience as CEO or Executive Director in an insurance and reinsurance brokerage
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
