Execute the overall success and growth of the assigned portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients and through the acquisition of new customers.
Continually partner with clients in order to fully understand their businesses, strategies and challenges, so as to proactively recommend an effective variety of financial products and services to help the customers succeed.
Promote the cross-selling of banking products to our customers based on their banking needs, improve our wallet share with the clients, so as to accomplish the branch\xe2\x80\x99s growth targets.
Perform effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral; structure and complete suitable business loans/ services to the clients; and to follow-up on client maintenance work post disbursement.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
Degree holder with minimum 5 years of directly relevant working experience as a Coverage Banker.
Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners.
Good experience in commercial credit underwriting skills.
Meticulous and good problem solving skills.
Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
Must have strong ability to communicate in Mandarin, due to job requirement, and writing Chinese reports.
A fast learner who is able to work independently and as a team as a supporting role.
Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, responsible, meticulous and able to multi-task.
