To build and maintain relationships with customers in the real estate business to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth .
Cross-sell bank products and services to customers based on their financial needs.
Provide exceptional customer services to resolve customers inquires and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
To prepare credit propositions for approval and to follow through with loan documentation and disbursement.
To ensure credit reviews are completed in a timely manner and ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in relationship management or sales roles in banking or financial services industry. Good real estate knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
