Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To build and maintain relationships with customers in the real estate business to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth .
  • Cross-sell bank products and services to customers based on their financial needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer services to resolve customers inquires and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • To prepare credit propositions for approval and to follow through with loan documentation and disbursement.
  • To ensure credit reviews are completed in a timely manner and ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in relationship management or sales roles in banking or financial services industry. Good real estate knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
