Responsibilities

-

Respond

to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels

- Address and resolve customer concerns

politely and professionally

- Maintain

accurate records

of all customer interactions in our CRM

- Support the loan processing team with

daily customer communication

Requirements

- Minimum

GCE "O" Level certificate

- Proficient in

English and Chinese

(spoken & written)

No experience needed

- full training will be provided

- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn!
