Basic information:

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm Basic UP $5000 Commissions and bonuses

Job Scope:

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with loan brokers, business partners, and SME clients. Generate high-quality business referrals by fostering trust, engagement, and professional collaboration. Act as the primary liaison for SME clients, understanding their financing requirements and delivering tailored solutions. Manage a portfolio of SME loans, monitoring repayment patterns and ensuring seamless post-loan servicing. Conduct initial assessments of clients' financial health, business viability, and creditworthiness for review by the Credit team. Structure and negotiate loan terms in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Identify new lending opportunities through broker networks and strategic partnerships. Guide clients through the loan application process, providing support from submission to disbursement. Monitor early indicators of credit risk and coordinate with Collections to mitigate potential defaults. Offer basic financial advisory to help clients manage cash flow and support sustainable business growth.
