About the Role
We are looking for a client-focused Relationship Manager to take care of our existing corporate clients. You will conduct regular visits, ensure service quality, gather feedback, and build long-term partnerships. Beyond service care, you will also introduce clients to our wider range of solutions and generate leads for our sales team.
What You'll Do
Visit clients regularly to ensure service standards are met.
Act as the first point of contact for feedback, service issues, and follow-ups.
Gather client insights on product quality (e.g., coffee taste, machine performance).
Introduce and promote additional services (coffee, tea, water, air solutions, pantry services).
Identify upsell opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and position us as a trusted partner.
Document client visits, feedback, and report insights to management.
What We're Looking For
2-3 years' experience in relationship management, client servicing, or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Keen interest to learn our product portfolio and industry trends.
