Conduct market and data analysis on target companies and their related industries, including studying financial reports and executing in-depth due diligence on key stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest news and developments, understand how it could affect ongoing/upcoming investments, and provide alternate solutions.
Job Scope :
Managing and monitoring portfolios.
Conduct the KYC reports
Deliver performance reports on existing investments and track progress.
To assist the marketing team in various corporate events and promotions.
To assist in the annual/periodic review of investors' accounts.
To assist in the preparation of documents for the new listing.
To onboard new Accredited Investors and Institutional Investors.
To book-build for new deals.
Meet new investors.
Key Requirements:
Professional qualifications with CPA, ACCA, or relevant professional qualifications preferred.
5+ years' experience in Banking and preference from the private banking sector.
Knowledge of the financial industry is an advantage.
Outstanding analytical competence, dedication to details and accuracy, and good financial modeling skills.
Excellent confidence with a highly motivated communicator.
