Relationship Service Manager (1 Year Contract)

Job Description
- Work closely with Management Corporations, Managing Agents and Building Consultants to ensure smooth project completion and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee adherence to the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) 2004 and Sale & Purchase Agreements, safeguarding the company\'s interests.
- Manage the handover of completed residences and build positive relationships with homeowners by addressing their feedback efficiently.
- Working alongside consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of any necessary rectification work.
- A relevant degree in Building, Real Estate, or a similar field.
- Prior experience with strata title developments is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the Land Titles (Strata) Act (LTSA), BMSMA, and related regulations.
- A clear understanding of a developer\'s legal obligations and the role of a managing agent.
- A strong sense of initiative and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings.
