Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
Detail-focused, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience in service, support or engagement roles is a plus
