Remote Coordination Specialist/project Management

Job Description

-Analyzing customer needs
-Assigning translators
-Performing quality checks
-Coordinating projects between Customer Success Team and Vendor
-Delivering translations to Customer Success Team
-Monitoring and controlling projects status
-Serving translators via email, chat and phone
-Work independently at home (rotational shift, 5-6days/week)Qualifications -Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Gmail, CRM)
-Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management or IT
-Vendor-service focused
-Demonstrate project management experience and strong organizational skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work under stress and pressure
-Preferably with a Bachelor or Degree in IT/Computer Science or any related fieldJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
