Remotely monitor autonomous vehicle operations in real-time using specialized software, dashboards, and control interfaces
Intervene remotely to assist vehicles in complex or unexpected scenarios
Log incidents, anomalies, and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Follow safety protocols and escalation procedures during emergencies or system failures
Conduct system checks to ensure remote interfaces and monitoring tools are functioning correctly before and during operations
Communicate effectively with field teams, support staff, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues and coordinate interventions
Maintain detailed records of interventions, system alerts, and operator actions for audit and analysis purposes
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements (add rows where required)
A valid Class 3 driving licence
Minimum 3 years of driving experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in operating multiple software applications simultaneously in a fast-paced or mission-critical environment
Strong multi-tasking, situational awareness, and decision-making abilities under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate new systems and interfaces related to autonomous vehicle technology
Prior experience in remote operations, dispatch, or control room environments is a plus
* Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
