As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will be responsible for developing user-facing features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and collaborating closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to create a cohesive product. You'll build and maintain the entire frontend of our AI-native platform, occasionally assisting with backend integration to keep things running smoothly.
Daily work includes writing clean, scalable code, conducting code reviews, debugging performance issues, and staying current with emerging technologies. You'll be expected to ship continuously, iterate quickly, and proactively identify and solve customer-driven problems.
Expectations from Day One
Communicate daily: Participate actively in Slack discussions, sharing ideas, feedback, or questions about code, design, or product direction.
Ship every day: Whether it's a pull request, doc, or prototype -- make meaningful progress daily. Small bug fixes and incremental improvements are welcome as you ramp up.
Show and tell: Share what you build, seek feedback, and solve customer problems without waiting for formal specs or tickets.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience building and maintaining modern frontend applications with exceptional UX and performance.
Ability to use AI tools to enhance development speed, write and review code, and experiment creatively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and customer-driven collaboration.
