General Position Overview
At ESET, a Renewal Specialist ensures the success of the customer by being responsible for a defined
set of key accounts across APAC as well as being accountable for driving adoption, engagement,
renewal, and growth of the accounts. You will leverage on many digital collaborative tool to engage
customers and understand their workflow, pain points and concerns, to drive enlargement and crossselling to increase business value.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for delivering results on KPIs including revenue retention and communicate with key account customers internally as well as externally regularly to promote ESET\'s product values
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships and be the primary point-of-contact with key decision makers in creating executive buy-ins
  • Develop strategy for sustained management and success of business by coordinating internal and external resources, to ensure goals are met
  • Manage renewal sales pipeline for APAC key account customers
  • Improving/maintaining the retention rates in APAC for B2B segments
  • Build and maintain a set of ESET\'s customer evangelists by collecting customers\' feedback, use-cases and references
  • Responsible for ensuring the success of our distributors and maintaining a high level of retention, using a set of key account metrics, including customer churn and renewals
  • Responsible to push focus products and create upselling opportunities together with distributors
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback from distributors about product requirements, and ideas to help innovate or stay ahead of the market
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Management
  • Travel may be required as needed, within APAC region

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing sales pipeline and providing forecast accuracy
  • Strong commercial skills including an understanding of the sales process; working hand-in-hand with our distributors to ensure high retention rates
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills including an ability to think \'on their feet\' when faced with challenging questions from the distributor\'s/customer\'s environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills, with an ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or similar
