Project Planning and Management

Site Supervision

Documentation

Resource and Budget Management

:Track project resources, monitor expenditures, and compare costs against the budget.

Quality Control

:Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards.

:Identify potential risks and problems, and help facilitate solutions.
