Job Description


Responsibilities:

Help develop and support detailed execution plan working with the Operations Manager and team members
from different functional disciplines (engineering, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, scheduling, quality) in
an effort to ensure the timely completion of the plan. (10%)

  • Maintain detailed action lists for all programs and working closely with the engineering and operational
teams to ensure they are completed on time and within the budget; this process will involve a detailed
review of the daily overdue tasks list and follow up during the daily management meeting (15%)
  • Collaborates with design/services engineering and customer operations to establish new or redesign
existing service programs and/or processes (15%)
  • Ensures processes meets internal and external quality requirements and customer specifications (10%)
  • Creates support and repair procedures and processes, writes troubleshooting guides and
develops testing techniques and test equipment fixtures (25%)
  • Trains operations personnel on support and manufacturing processes, product schematics,
AVL\'s, BOM\'s drivers, applications and firmware functions (10%)
  • Other duties as assigned (15%)

  • Determine the scope based on requirements, including stating the scope of work, calculating the resources required in delivering the service and advising the Management preparing the quotation
  • Install and configure services as per the approved implementation plan
  • Carry out technology, professional and maintenance support services as per scope within the stipulated duration/ timeline
  • Provide support ( hardware break-fix & troubleshooting of hardware and software issues ) for services programs
  • Provide technical deliverables such as high level design document, user acceptance test (UAT) doc and as-built documentation
  • Provide outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreement (SLAs)
  • Undergo technical trainings and obtain technical certifications that are required to meet suppliers\' mandatory technical requirements
  • Conduct knowledge transfer training (where required)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Technical Degree with Electronics Field of study preferred
  • Other Education/Certifications: Relevant industry experience with focus on product integration, test and repair experience with storage, network, or server OEM equipment
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with ISO Quality Management Systems
  • Knowledge in technology domain (Infrastructure hardware and software, hyperconvergence, network, security, cloud and/or end user computing) preferred
  • Strong electronics troubleshooting skills
  • Expertise in enterprise products implementation, migration and support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to technical details, priority management and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
