Job Description

We are seeking a Repair Technician to join our Global Service Center Operations team. This individual will provide repair, troubleshooting, testing and structural repair capabilities for all FAA approved CSafe Air Cargo containers.

• Perform testing/troubleshooting/repair of FAA approved active temperature-controlled containers using approved technical data.
• Deliver containers clean and free from defects that would affect operation and/or performance.
• Responds to technical assistance requests from customers in the area.
• Provide training and demonstrations of the CSafe FAA approved Active Systems in the area.
• Document all work performed using CATS and CSafe WO system.
• Monitor stock of spare parts.
• Pick up and drop off RAP/RKNs from/to CSafe customers.
• Maintain repair facility in a clean, safe and operation condition.
• Other assignments assigned by Supervisor/Repair Service Manager

• Mechanical aptitude
• Highly motivated, self-starter, quick learner, works well independently.
• Seasoned computer skills (Microsoft office, internet, email, etc.)
• Must demonstrate flexibility and a can -do attitude.
• Knowledge working under FAA regulatory type requirements and practice.
• Read, speak, and understand the English language (FAA requirement)
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Must possess analytical thinking and reasoning skills.
• Must be thorough and exercise attention to detail.
• Must be able to set and maintain schedules.
• Ability to manage constantly changing workload while meeting deadlines.

• Strong team player.
• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics or Equivalent
• FAA Airframe/Powerplant (A/P) or FAA Airframe (A) License or CAAS license are preferred.
• Candidate must pass either one of the CAAS Papers M10/L11/L12
• Basic Technical/Workshop skills training is preferable.
• Knowledge of and minimum 1 year of experience in the maintenance of aerospace type equipment /ULD equipment or equivalent

• Plant/Service Center environment, some travel (typically less than 10%).
• Office and container maintenance environment
• Normal work hours and need to work on rotating Shift work when its required.
• Some overtime during weekdays and weekends may be required, based on customer requirements
