Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role and duties
Analytical, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations
Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater lbs.
Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching and reaching.
Must be able to wear protective equipment as needed
Ability to respond positively to events in an effective manner.
Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous use of sales, repair database software
Based in Jakarta
Familiarity with torque tools and high-pressure pumps is a plus
Full professional proficiency in English
Main Duties:
Equipment Management
Repair and calibrate tools, pumps and equipment requiring mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic repair and performs preventive maintenance services.
Pretesting of hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, tools and links for the sole purpose of proper form, fit and function.
Troubleshooting, tearing down, repairing, reassembling and testing pumps, motors and tools in shop.
Stock Control – stock organization daily/weekly/monthly, stock reorder levels, and stock take experience
Providing technical support to the customer service team including routine technical administration, such as the production of quotation documentation
Workshop Maintenance
Goods In and Goods Out record keeping
Stock Rotation
Quality checks and control of all equipment (in and out)
Store and workshop consumable ordering
Serial Number log maintenance
Weekly distribution import shipment
Health & Safety management
Weekly checks
Quarterly Audits
Maintain all certification to remain country compliant
Risk Assessments
Fire Safety
Quality Control – ISO 9001:2015
Successful candidates should be experienced working with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. They will use their knowledge of maintenance and fault finding within mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to support customer and workshop requirements.
