Repair Technician

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role and duties
• Analytical, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations
• Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater lbs.
• Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching and reaching.
• Must be able to wear protective equipment as needed
• Ability to respond positively to events in an effective manner.
• Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word and Excel
• Previous use of sales, repair database software
• Based in Jakarta
• Familiarity with torque tools and high-pressure pumps is a plus
• Full professional proficiency in English

• Equipment Management
• Repair and calibrate tools, pumps and equipment requiring mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic repair and performs preventive maintenance services.
• Pretesting of hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, tools and links for the sole purpose of proper form, fit and function.
• Troubleshooting, tearing down, repairing, reassembling and testing pumps, motors and tools in shop.
• Stock Control – stock organization daily/weekly/monthly, stock reorder levels, and stock take experience
• Providing technical support to the customer service team including routine technical administration, such as the production of quotation documentation
• Workshop Maintenance
• Goods In and Goods Out record keeping
• Stock Rotation
• Quality checks and control of all equipment (in and out)
• Store and workshop consumable ordering
• Serial Number log maintenance
• Weekly distribution import shipment
• Health & Safety management
• Weekly checks
• Quarterly Audits
• Maintain all certification to remain country compliant
• Risk Assessments
• Fire Safety
• Quality Control – ISO 9001:2015
