Job Description

Conceptualize and execute ideas for new products or improvement of existing products Assess feasibility of implementation of Marketing projects Reformulate existing products when necessary (e.g. blending) Gather and analyze data to support decision making (e.g. sensory evaluation, etc.) Develop new SKUs and packaging designs Evaluate existing raw materials and packaging for possible improvements and savings Coordinate with other departments to solve issues with production processes Coordinates with internal and external contracts to ensure proper launching of projects Provide technical support and product orientation for sales and distributors Develop and improve existing product application and recipes Develop guidelines for product and process standardization Maintain proper documentation of research activities Maintain proper filing of all final artwork and color standards Remain up to date with developments and innovations in the industry Practice and implement 5S Assist in processing of product registrations and certification Assist in trade and brand marketing activities including but not limited to events, promotions, social media, merchandising, etc.Specifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology and in any related course
• Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Food Safety Audit.
• Knowledge and Skills in Microsoft Office, Baking and Cooking Skills, and Product and Packaging Development.
• Experience must be in Food manufacturing
• Can start asap
