Identifying trends and making forecasts through data
You'll establish, maintain and review the database management system for the data bank of assigned asset classes. With these data on hand, you will be able to tell a story through identifying trends and making forecasts, hence further cementing JLL's position as a thought leader. You'll also be on top of the research and communications outputs for the asset class(es) you are assigned to, including market studies, feasibility analyses and research reports, press releases, write-ups and presentation materials.
Ensuring the team remains as a market leader
You will be on a mission to maintain JLL Consultancy's market-leader status both locally and regionally. The research knowledge gathered will be leveraged to provide high quality advisory services to aid clients in their decision making in areas ranging from market trends, market positioning, highest and best use, feasibility study, etc. You'll be on the front lines in making sure that our research and consulting services are relevant to the needs of internal and external clients.

Appreciative of numbers and data
The ideal candidate should be adept in and appreciate number crunching, trend spotting, has an inquisitive mind and enjoy delving deep into issues. Being proficient in data analytical and mapping tools is advantageous. As such, you should have a degree in real estate, economics, accounting and finance, or other relevant discipline. Candidates with honours are also highly preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Knowledgeable and enjoy sharing your thoughts
This role calls for an analytical individual who appreciates the Singapore real estate market. Your thoughts and opinions derived from data will be published in JLL's research papers and may even be featured in the mainstream media.
