Responsibilities

To prepare research briefs based on the research topic proposals, including objectives, service standards, methodology, budget
To liaise with research agencies or partners in the implementation of the research
To manage field surveys, analysis and interpretation of data
To collect and analyse trends and gaps in services
To support Research Manager in the writing of impact reports and best practices and thought leadership articles
To produce content for research training targeted at service practitioners

Job Requirements

DegreeHolder
At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in a research-oriented role.
Proven project management skills
Experience in conducting research studies is advantageous.
Strong writing, speaking and presentation skills in English and conversant in 2nd language.
