Assist in preparation of food or product tasting, sensory evaluation. Perform QC such as sensory and visual checks on all finished products produced.Manufacturing line and incoming raw materials or new raw materials Evaluate current and alternative food ingredients. Maintain the R&D kitchen cleanliness & hygiene standards. Carry out plant hygiene check. Assist in the running and maintenance of HACCP/ISO/FSSC and Halal quality system and its documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in culinary arts or relevant studies Experience in different types of cuisine and food product development At least 1 years of culinary experience A good team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skills Have strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Must articulate strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
