Responsibilities: Play a leading role in research and development, assay development, verification & validation of novel real-time PCR-based multiplexed molecular diagnostic assays and instruments. Implementing ISO13485 quality system Implementing regulatory infrastructure for FDA and CE-IVDR Lead clinical trials of diagnostic kits and co-development plan with local and international partners. Provide project coordination and resource planning. Requirements: Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology or Microbiology, Oncology or equivalent In-depth knowledge of nucleic acid testing product development process and market dynamics At least 5 years of research and development experience in management positions in molecular biology or microbiology or oncology R&D laboratories. Technical expertise with real-time multiplex PCR and microarray assay development, chemistry involved in PCR and various sample prep reagents, Management experience in IVD product development, and regulatory affairs Intense assay development experience in infectious disease testing assays Good communication and presentation skills in a multi-disciplinary environment.
