CenTRAL focus is in improving cure in children with acute leukaemia. We run clinical trials/studies which require diagnostic testing with safety and health implications for research subjects. The lab test results are used to make clinical decisions relating to treatment or affect treatment interventions. We study the effect of treatment under research. We also extend these lab tests to patients not enrolled on any of our clinical trial/study. Beyond this, we run outreach programmes to help raise the cure rate in children with acute leukaemia through provision of these clinical laboratory tests. We raise funds and donations to support these programmes.
