Singapore Hybrid-Integrated Next-Generation \xce\xbc-Electronics Centre (SHINE) in National University of Singapore (NUS) is looking for applicants for a researcher position. You will work in Singapore-best cutting-edge nanofabrication and characterization facilities in a cross-disciplinary team environment consisting of nanomaterial scientists, device engineers, circuit simulation researchers, and prototype developers, for inventing, simulating, fabricating, and ultimately testing next-generation Flexible Hybrid Electronics systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the development of 3D monolithic integration of 1 transistor 1 resistive RAM (1T1R) for efficient analog in-memory computing.
• Work on the device optimization and integration process development of 1T1R structure.
• Working in state-of-the-art research environment.
• Work across multiple domains and contribute to the writing of research articles.
• Support research fellows in their research and doing highly collaborative research.

Qualifications

• At least bachelor\'s degree in Physics, Material Science, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, or related disciplines and experience in resistive switching device.
• Have some background knowledge device optimization and integration process development of 1T1R structure.
• Experiences in Design and development of 2D RRAM and IGZO transistors, Nanofabrication (e.g., Laser writer, mask aligner, sputter, e-beam lithography, ALD deposition) in clean room and Electrical characterization of semiconductors.
• Self-driven and good communication skill including writing and presenting.
• Open to fixed term contract
