This role will oversee the research of the digital health products being developed at the Dementia Research Centre (Singapore) to assist in taking these products from lab to market. Bringing the products from lab to marker will boost innovation and impact the space of dementia and health technology. Employee has to take a lead role in ideation and design aspects of our cognitive apps, clinical interviewing, interacting with participants, data collection, processing and analysis for our digital solutions. Looking for an individual with some hands on or field working experience in creating digital projects, hackathons or in designing innovative solutions. Individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, meticulous and good with data, responsible worker who is self-motivated and takes initiative. Someone who is passionate about transforming cognitive health care with digital solutions.

• Design thinking and ideating
• User journey and experience mapping
• Clinical interviewing
• Data collection for digital solutions
• Data storing/cleaning
• Data analysis
• Perform neuropsychology assessments
• Assisting with app development with design and programming skills (if necessary)

• A bachelors degree in Engineering or Psychology or a relevant field with hands-on experience in one or more of the following: digital projects, hackathons, innovative solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Independent and can work well in a team
• Hands-on experience with Javascript, Python, R or any programming language is preferred
• Passion and interest for innovation in cognitive and mental healthcare
