Job Description
EXPONENT is a Singapore-based boutique HR Consulting and Executive Search firm. We provide consulting services in talent acquisition and organization development. We work with clients from Asia, Europe and North America and focus primarily on markets in SE Asia, China and India.
The selected candidate will support one of the Senior Consultants with market research in the Automotive Components sector in China, especially Guangdong.
- Identify relevant component manufacturers in China. Primary focus will be on Guangdong Province, Shenzhen and Chongqing areas.
- Database and Internet-based search (in Chinese)
- Telephonic discussions with relevant companies in China
- Help with Chinese-English translation
- Compilation of Data (in Chinese/English)
Ideal candidates will be students/recent graduates interested in market research and consulting services.
Fluency in both Chinese and English languages is essential to be able to research and interface with people in China. Knowledge of Cantonese will be an added advantage.
