Applications are invited for the following full-time position in the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health within the Telehealth Core:Research Associate (Content and Community Lead)At the Telehealth Core we leverage technology & design to accelerate research and improve outcomes in behavioural health & chronic diseases. We focus on delivering tailored interventions in healthcare by building digital tools and harnessing the insights from users and patients.We are looking for a Research Associate in Digital Health who is excited about transforming care in the end-of-life. In this role, you will lead the creative development of interactive digital content that empowers patients and their caregivers to take charge of their healthcare choices.What will a successful hire have achieved within 3 months? Have a strong understanding of the vision and produce a comprehensive plan for high quality, engaging, user-friendly content.
Built a strong relationship with the project team, design team and the engineers they work with.

Oversee content creation for the website.
Manage sub-contractors and creators by
a. Developing content strategy, particularly for patient videos
b. Researching and sourcing content for the company's website
c. Targeting a specific set of keywords for all the articles written and published
You may also be directly creating media, video production or social media.
Work closely with the research team to develop the community impact of our work.Requirements
Advanced writing and editing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be creative in digital and social media
Experience with content management/development
Ability to solve problems swiftly
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Possess a can-do attitude towards complex challenges
Experience in community creation and healthcare industry, palliative care or hospice care is an advantageCompany Overview
