Job Description
CNRS @CREATE, in partnership with the Mechanobiology Institute at the National University of Singapore, is recruiting a Research Assistant/Associate specialising in Molecular cell Biology particular in CRISPR technology.The candidate will be part of a larger project involving the development of hepatic organoids and Gastruloids, 3D imaging and Artificial Intelligence-based analysis.He/She will be in charge of modifying the molecular mechanisms of interaction of cells with the extra cellular matrix (ECM) to perturb the spatial organization and development of the organoids.- The candidate must hold a Bachelor's/Master's in Cell biology.- Previous experience with ECM signalling is highly desired.- Knowledge in Fluorescence imaging and quantitative image analysis is a plus.- The candidate must show very good interaction skills and to at ease with working in a very interdisciplinary and multicultural team.- He/She must also show his/her ability to produce high-quality scientific manuscripts (international standards).Salary: 3500-4500 SGD/month
