KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Taking care of daily food prep and duties assigned to you
- Complete daily tasks and follow instructions from immediate superiors
- Estimate daily production needs
- Ensuring the quality of raw and cooked food meets our standards
- Ensuring production, prep and presentation of food are always at the highly quality
- Ensuring highest levels of guest satisfaction, food quality, as well as operating and food costs on an ongoing-basis.
- Know all standard procedures and policies of food prep, receiving, storage and sanitation
- Be responsible for personal hygiene, safety and correct usage of equipment and utensils
- Be aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
