Job Responsibilities:

• Project management of market research projects for mainly Japanese clients & MNCs focusing on Asia market
• Client service - align with client on business questions, survey design, analysis requests
• Vendor management - communicate client\xe2\x80\x99s request in detail, manage schedule, operation, cost and quality control
• Data processing, quality control
• Qualitative/ Quantitative reports as required
• Creation of questionnaires, implementation of surveys, and aggregation of questionnaires
• Support for ad-hoc projects ie. operation management and conducting checks as per instructions of the project manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s degree
• Business fluency in Japanese & English language for communication with clients
• Past work experience in market research preferred (not mandatory)
• (Good to have) Data processing skills using Excel
• Meticulous, patient and able to conduct data processing and checks accurately
• Possess logical and analytical thinking ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel for business trip (mostly countries around Asia)
• Able to commit to commuting to office Mon-Fri for the first 3 months. after which there will be more flexibility to work from home 1-2 times per week
