Research Fellow (2 D Condensed Matter Physics)
Job Description
The team of Prof Loh Kian Ping invites application for a postdoctoral fellow/research fellow working in condensed matter physics and two dimensional (2-D) materials devices.RequirementsThe candidate should have a PhD in Physics and should have worked in clean room as well as familiar with
(1) the lithography of nanodevices, i.e. hall bar, field effect transistors and/or
(2) CVD growth of ultrathin 2D materials
(3) Dry transfer and stacking of 2D materialsThe candidate should have a strong track record in 2-D material growth by CVD, publishing in the area of quantum topology physics concerning 2-D materials, or in the spintronics (spin Hall effect) of 2-D materials.
