Job Description
The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) is inviting applications for the position of Research Fellow to help in a research project.Key Responsibilities:Understand the latest development of the subject and help the Principal Investigator with the required research work.Propose new directions and explore potential applications of the results obtained.Job Requirements:A PhD in Pure Mathematics or closely related fields.Good writing and communication skills in English.Strong background in Algebra and Combinatorics is desired.Capable of suggesting innovative pathways and investigating potential real-world applications stemming from their research findingsExperience in publishing research is essential.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.The College of Science seeks a diverse and inclusive workforce and is committed to equality of opportunity.
