The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, National University of Singapore, is inviting applications for 1-2 Research Fellow (RF) position under Prof. Sibudjing Kawi\'s group. The candidate will work on A*STAR LCERFI research project entitled \xe2\x80\x9cMethane Pyrolysis for Hydrogen and Carbon Nanotube Production via Novel Catalytic Membrane Reactor System\xe2\x80\x9d.
Job Requirements
PhD in chemistry/chemical engineering in the area of catalysts and inorganic membranes (MIEC, Pd-Alloy or Zeolite membranes) and inorganic membrane reactors for high temperature reactions.
- Proven experience (with good research track record in terms of publications and/or patents) in the field of inorganic hollow fiber membrane synthesis, catalyst synthesis/characterization/testing for hydrocarbon pyrolysis and catalytic membrane reactor design.
- Able to propose research proposals and co-supervise undergraduates/graduates if required.
- Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
