Experimental Condensed Matter Physics Lab (Lead PI: Asst. Prof. Denis Bandurin) is seeking a skilled and motivated postdoctoral researcher with a solid background in experimental condensed matter physics. The candidate will explore the physics of novel material platforms such as twist-controlled moir\xc3\xa9 structures, phase-change materials, topological insulators, two-dimensional superconductors, excitonic insulators, and more, and will participate in the development of practical devices. The work will involve the design and fabrication of devices out of van der Waals heterostructures as well as their exploration using variable-temperature (0.01-350 K) electron transport experiments in the presence of strong magnetic fields and THz radiation.
