The Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management (ISEM) at National University of Singapore (NUS) invites application for a Research Fellow position in the area of Management of Technology & Innovation (MoTI). Applicants are expected to have conducted research in the area of (I) Technology Strategy, (II) Intellectual Property Management, (III) New Product Development, (IV) Entrepreneurship. NUS is a leading global university which is consistently ranked among the world\'s top 30 universities and Asia\'s top 2 universities. ISEM at NUS plays a pivotal role in reinforcing Singapore\'s and the region\'s key areas of excellence in ports, aviation, logistics, and high-tech industries. The department currently has more than 20 faculty members who are active research scholars, working broadly in the areas of (1) Systems, (2) Data analytics, optimization and digitization, and (3) Management of technological innovation and entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the department\'s growing research agenda to support technology and innovation management group, gaining the opportunity to work with leading experts in the field. The successful candidate will be expected to perform research administration, conduct high quality research and disseminate findings. The candidate will be presented with opportunities to further develop skills to ensure career growth. Qualifications

Applicants are expected to have a PhD (or ABD) from an established University, in the area of Management of Technology & Innovation/Entrepreneurship. The candidate should have intermediate to advanced understanding of quantitative research methods. Applicants with basic degree in economics will be preferred over others. Applicants should have experience in publishing academic journal articles.
