Job Description
A postdoctoral research scholar position is available at Singapore Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The main role is to design and fabricate novel soft gripping systems. Potential candidates should be able to independently conduct research with strong self-motivation and exploration spirit.Key Responsibilities:Perform Multi-scale simulation and modeling for physiological electrodesDevelop integrated stretchable on-skin/implantable sensing device for real-time, high-fidelity retrieval of electrophysiological signalsNanomaterials MD and DFT SimulationsPublish research findings in high-impact journals and present at international conferencesContribute to the mentoring and guidance of junior researchers and students, fostering an environment of learning and innovation within the project teamJob Requirements:Candidates should hold a Ph.D. Degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanics, Biomedical Engineering or related field.Expertise in nanomaterials, MD and DFT simulations, modeling.Solid knowledge in sensor circuits design.Capable of design and assemble of device prototypes.Candidates with publications in top-tier scientific journals are preferred.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
