We are looking for a highly motivated Research Fellow to support the project titled "Cutting-edge Quantum Photonic Platform Research."
The position is based in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). We are seeking a talented and driven individual to conduct research on novel quantum photonic platforms and explore their emerging applications, including quantum light sources, quantum emitters, and advanced photonic functionalities.
The Research Fellow will work on a project to conduct experimental research on the development of novel quantum photonic devices. The roles of this position include:
Key Responsibilities:Design, fabrication, and characterization of quantum light sources and quantum emitters on photonic platforms. Development of on-chip quantum light sources for quantum information applications. Fabrication and optimization of quantum photonic devices and circuits. Installation and operation of quantum photonic characterization setups and overseeing the progress of the project.

Job Requirements:PhD in relevant area (electrical engineering, materials science, and physics). Research background in solid state physics, applied physics, semiconductor materials, nanomaterials is preferred. Research experience in fabrication and characterization of nonlinear properties. Prior cleanroom fabrication and device experience. Independent and can work well with a team.
