The candidate will conduct experimental research in the area of thin film growth and characterization, memory device fabrication and characterization. The research efforts of current position will be focused on magnetic film deposition, crystal structure characterization, nanofabrication of the device.
Qualifications
Potential candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in physics and materials Science, with a background in magnetic materials growth and characterization. He/she should also have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and able to co-supervise graduate students.
