Job Description

Duties will include managing safety in the lab, creating SOPs and lab risk assessments, maintaining lab inventories, perform other lab administrative duties and operations such as ordering and tracking lab budget. Candidates are expected to be highly motivated to work in research and able to perform tasks independently. Experience with human and mouse blood/tissue sample handling and processing (e.g. isolation of specific immune cell population) and knowledge of immune cell biology is encouraged.



Experience with flow cytometry analysis for different immune cell population and functional immune assays will be an advantage.

Requirements:

Degree in Immunology, Life sciences, Biomedical sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or equivalent

Preferably with experience in molecular biology techniques, immunology, cancer cell biology, cell culture and flow cytometry

Precise, detail-oriented and able to follow complex protocols

Willing to learn new experimental procedures and troubleshoot assays

Good team player with good interpersonal skills

Good spoken and written communication skills
