The Client:Adecco is partnering with a renowned Research & Development institute to enhance the Science and Engineering sector in Singapore. The selected individual will have exciting opportunities to participate in strategic planning and develop roadmaps to commercialize new technologies, benefiting the industry.The Opportunity:

• Singaporeans ONLY
• Min 5 years of experience in Product Development or commercialization of Deep Technology
• Passion and curiosity for science and technology, along with the ability to structure business opportunities, partnership and collaboration in the research and commercial field

The Job:

• Facilitate connections between stakeholders, fostering new investments, products, and employment opportunities for Singapore\'s economy.
• Business partnership development to translate and commercialize technologies out from research labs and to build the value chain, establishing the value chain with various key stakeholders.
• Forge close partnerships with industries to promote the portfolio and research capabilities through licensing, collaboration, and facilitating technology transfer as necessary.
• Be the driver of future industry roadmap and development within Quantum Science and Engineering sector (Semiconductor, Physics, deep technologies in computing or AI).

The Talent:

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in deep technology, commercialization or product development
• Individuals enthusiastic about leveraging technology to drive change in industry and society, and who can adeptly navigate the complexities of the business, government, and academic spheres, will thrive in this role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for science and technology, strategic thinking, and experience in multi-party engagement and management.
