• Graduate of any 4 year course
• Preferably with experience in Research Writing and publishing in a reputable research journal
• Commendable research writing and presentation skills.
• To be assigned in Valenzuela Campus

The Research Specialist works closely with the Assistant Research Director and Research Cluster Head in the following areas: (1) conducting and reporting research and related data for institutional and departmental reports and plans (2) compilation of data and analytics for a centralized system and (3) supervision of research publications/presentation of the university.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesResearch Design
1. Identify and develop research objectives, and methods based on literature
searches.
2. Plan methods and techniques to meet research objectives; may modify
and/or refine procedures, methods and techniques as needed; identifies and
plans for research project and methods of data collection.
3. Search literature demonstrating an understanding of scientific, experimental
and/or research theory to assist in the design of methods, procedures and/or
techniques.
4. Identify data to be collected and documented.
5. Identify and recommends data collection methodology.Data Analysis
1. Interpret and evaluate results.
2. Monitor and collect research data to assess accuracy, validity, and integrity.
3. Recommend revisions to experimental methods based upon observations of the data.
4. Adapt and/or modify experimental methods based upon interpretation of data.Research Review and Evaluation
1. Review research write-ups according to content and soundness.
2. Recommend revisions to corresponding authors based on the conducted evaluation, for manuscript improvement and publication.Publication
1. Perform review and evaluation for university publication
