Temporary Sales Research Representative (Makati City, Philippines)

Job description:

• As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal Sales Research Specialist have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success.
• One (1) to two (2) months project but it may lead up to 6 months depending on project workloads and based on performance.

• Research and identify potential customers for our mental health software.
• Collect basic information, such as counseling agency name, decision maker, or clinical director, CEO, business owners, business address, telephone number, fax number, website, decision maker email address or contact email address
• Send outbound emails and fax to drive potential customer meetings for our Business Development and potential lead to software demo
• Create mailing labels for potential customers
• Book software demos for sales team
• Sales Research Specialist can progress to Business Development Account Executive roles
• Adhere to all company guidelines and policies
• Represent Real Time with a clean, professional appearance
• Coordinate and meet with managers on daily basis
• Provide daily calendar updates to manager and team member
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with the different states in United States, regions, specially, Oklahoma and Ohio is a must.
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google search engine
• Speak English fluently
• Ability and willing to learn and exercise in using Zoho CRM
• Detail orientated and can work independently
• Able to follow team members/managers directions
• Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Must be a self starter with very high energy and passion
• Must be willing work overnight shifts, 9PM to 6AM – Monday to Friday Philippine local time.

• 17,500-18,500 pesos per month depending on experience plus night shift differential
• Bonus for every software demo scheduled
