- To conduct market research of candidates and clients
- To complete a search project to identify a suitable candidate
- To build and maintain an up-to-data recruitment database system
Requirement:
- To be passionate about a recruitment business
- To have at least 3 years’ research experience in an executive search or recruitment industry

To have a general knowledge and insight within at least one of these industries below:
- Financial Services & Private Equity
- Consulting Services
- Technology, Media & Telecommunication
- Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining
- Utilities & Alternative Energy
- Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Science
