APPLICATION PROCESS: ONLINE INTERVIEWThe Ticketing and Reservation Officer will be assigned to the sister company of Unitop which is Asia Pacific Travel Agency.JOB SPECIFICATION:A At least college graduateA With at least two-years work experience in travel agencyA Knowledgeable in SABREA Willing to work from Monday-Saturday (Half-day on Saturday)A Willing to work in Aseana, ParaaaqueA Knowledgeable in Chinese Language (Can read and write)JOB DESCRIPTION:A Answered incoming phone calls and developed friendly rapport with callers while answering questions, making recommendations and leading conversations to bookings.A Provided follow through on all calls with confirmations and dissemination of requested informationA Prepared customer invoices, accepted payments and processed refund and cancellation requests.A Managed and closed reservation calls to increase bookings by maintaining strong knowledge of resort products, services and facilitiesA Managed online booking inquiries and assisted guests and travel partners with questions throughout entire booking cycleA Informed clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, medical and visa requirements to facilitate quality serviceA Provided high level of customer service to each person by engaging customer and using active listening and effective interpersonal skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php19,500.00 per monthBenefits:
