Job Details (Here's what you can expect! ) You get to work in the Headquarters overseeing 23 hotels in Singapore 5 days' work week Attractive incentive and bonus Responsibilities: Manage team's performance to ensure guests' queries and requests are addressed in a timely and effective manner Manage service recovery for escalated guests' concerns and feedback Oversee manpower and work allocation of the department to ensure operational efficiency Analyse no-shows and cancellations to improvise procedures to rectify situations Manage room inventory to maximise occupancy Resolve situations arising from overbooking of room inventory Collaborate with sales department to establish new corporate accounts Requirements: Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel Knowledge in PMS system will be an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer oriented attitude Well-organised and possesses strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team to meet departmental targets.
